The game runs at like 33 frames max so I wouldn't consider that to go on the list. To me anything that runs double the cinema quality deserves to be on the list. I really don't know how many of these titles made on this list but it's supposed to be 60fps max and not around 60fps most of the time average.

Because it run at 30htz. Any port that supersedes it does.

The leaked Half Life port sometimes goes up to 60 FPS, but doesn't hold it very long, usually dropping back down to 30 FPS or even 20-10 FPS.
