They got permission from Sega.

It's good to hear they got permission, and also proves WM really put on their A-game. I hope more indie's will follow this direction and also obtain permission to use the official logo's and such.

At least it doesn't look like any part of the Kickstarter will be a disappointment outside the wait. The CE goodies are nice!
