Dr. Pariolo wrote:I think you should worry about copyright. SEGA is aware about scthack for instance, them spreading over the internet their modified game, and im pretty sure they also know about DCISOZone. So making a website thats gonna have the same looks and name of one of their old website.. I dont think its going to be a big deal..
Sort off, schthack altough not legal, is still a good bet, without costs the server promotes the phantasy star franchise.
Can't say the same about DCISOZone or dreamcolosseum.

If you need help outrunner, just say.

I'm not sure I can use that banner yet, since the sonic you see there is from a 3D model some guy made, but I already sent him an MP on the forums where he posted it to know if he allows its use or not. ;)

seems like that guy should be worried and not you. sonic is a registered trademark. Sega owns his ass, not that guy. so if he sued you Sega can sue him as well. idk, it would be the The pot calling the kettle black i guess

I'm testing right now.

EDIT:

It loads up at a nice speed, but the top bar with the blue sonic logo and the bottom bar with the red logo are on the same screen There isn't much space between them. The bottom bar is at the halfway point of my tv.
