Mechanic just keeps on working to provide the best possible Quake 3 Arena experience for the dreamcast community.
The Quake 3 Custom Maps will be upgraded with:
-new music tacks
-music tracks auto play will be fixed like in regular Quake 3
-a couple more maps on top of the established ones
-changes in power up placement like having the flight power up in the big open Maps
-some minor missing texture fixes

custom map server pk3 file and config complete with auto play music and tracks 15,16 added which where not used in online play originally
This is meant for server hosting only since the pc versions textures arent complete.
For server bot hosting some maps dont support bots so weed them out of the server or just disable bots

If you all want the pc version complete just post here. Ill add it to my todo list or i wont wate my time. I figure with ease of emulation now days it wouldnt be nessessary

I think it´s time for some status updates.
Mechanic has been working hard on polishing and improving the current Quake 3 Custom Maps. Current Test versions include:
-some missing textures fixes
-Music is now working
-repeating backround noise issues got fixed
-Custom music soundtrack submitted by the community has been added
-some custom taunts have been added
-manual server ip search is working

Mechanic is now working on fixing up and adding some more maps to the already 32 existing ones which will be tested during the upcoming Friday Fragnights. A fully updated version of the custom maps will be released once everything is finished.

this fragnight ill an added a test server up with just the test maps along with the current custom map server. The lastest gdi i will put out will see both servers. If i have the current gdi on dc live u will see the current server
