I can 100% confirm that even though this is a .img/cue file that it will burn and it will work because I personally did the work myself and wouldn't post something that doesn't work. Just use image burn and burn it slowly.

CDI to test based on Pope's bin/cue release. Real hardware only. Disc art icon added for GDEMU users, otherwise authentic to Pope's release. Please check the CD AUDIO is in sync as compared to the OG on the NEOGEO CD hardware. I have no idea what it should be.

Dreamneo is a very good emulator

Define what you mean when you say it sucks.. i seriously doubt that you even tried it

Hello, I found this site while looking for new Neo4All releases, it seems to be the one place where everyone has them but I can't find them anywhere in here to download. Is there a centralized thread with updated links that I'm missing or do I have to PM someone? I'm new to the Dreamcast and would love to find some place to check for new releases from time to time. Does anybody have Neo4All CDIs like this but without the large dummy file on the CD? Those were added to make things run smoother on a CD-R, but since I use a GDEmu, it just wastes space.

If not, does anyone have the NEO4LL-RC4 plainfiles? I can't find them anywhere, and Chui's site appears to be down.

Edit: I tried extracting one of these ReviveDC CDI's, removing the dummy file, then rebuilding to a new CDI. The resuilt does work.... but the game completely lacks music now (2020 Super Baseball).
