I'm fairly certain Tech Romancer does not run at 60 fps.

I would test it but I don't own it. I will eventually test most of these though since I'm going for a full US collection. I have a separate list of games I've personally tested so I can cross-reference.

Good luck getting SA1: Limited Edition. I almost found a used copy for $75. Now it's in some other DC fanatic's collection, I bet... *sigh*

Yeah, your right.

I wasn't going to include Tech Romancer because i didn't own it and the last time I'd played it was when it was originally released. I assumed that it would run a 60 due to pretty much every other fighter on the Dreamcast doing so.

I picked up the Japanese version after i posted that list. It turned up this morning. I've just had a little play and it's pretty clear that it's running at 30fps.

The only other one that I'm not sure about is Plasma Sword. I've never played it, but my friend mentioned that it ran at 60, so i included it.
