Both games work perfectly on pc with the dreamcast emulator redream.

Dreamcast emulator does not mean it can work things like this well or at all..
not much point to playing these games on a dcemulator

Redream has always run the Atomiswave ports perfect, the on exception is Dolphin blue that crashes at the beginning of the final stage.
