Sometimes I am feel tempted to mod this game like Bomba Patch for PS2 change everthing including Galvão Bueno's voice

EDIT: I just discovered that there in a PAL version, called: 90 Minutes: Sega Championship Football

PAL version is way worse performance wise. It's got way more slowdowns and occasional bugs. Stay with the Japanese version if language barrier is no issue with you.

Still no buyers for the arcade board on ebay.

"There are maybe two or three prototype cartridges floating around out there that we know of that have not been dumped yet... One was sent to me for dumping, but it is different from all the other development cartridges and I was unable to solve how to dump it (early build of Sport Shooting)

But I have been able to dump and secure Sushi Bar, Chicago 1929, Kenju, Force Five, Premier Eleven along with various early builds of Demolish Fist, Dirty Pigskin Football, Dolphin Blue, Extreme Hunting, Fist of the North Star, Guilty Gear X1.5, Knights of Valour, Maximum Speed, KoF: NeoWave, Rumble Fish 1 & 2, and some demo software used at Expos. All of these have been found on the same development/prototype style cartridges as the eBay listing.

Question is, will this guy do us all a solid and release the games such as that and Chicago Chase 1929? Those 2 would make amazing additions to the Dreamcast and Naomi if they could be converted.

he's something like a dumper king of the scene (pardon my english) with an strong ethic that is not bad,
