well basically, when I get to the brusting screen, where it says "now sending user and password" etc it dosent connect
just fails and gives me an error mesage pretty much, takes me back to the main screen.
"Attempt to connect to the server has failed. It is possible that the server is undergoing maintenance, or network settings incomplete. please check your ISP settings and make sure they are complete and accurate."

Sounds like it could be a problem with your settings. Have you changed anything since you last played? Also, what connection method are you using?

nope haven't changed a thing since I got it working haha, didnt want to mess anything up. I am on dial up

Ok so real dial-up then? As long as your settings are correct, the only other issue could be your ISP. Try connecting with a web browser and see if that works.

yeah i just tried the dreamkey 3.0, everything was fine with the ISP I used, but even the browser wont connect, just goes to connecting to internet please wait and just keeps going.
might try a different ISP

Yup, there's your problem then! I assume you're using one of those free ISPs right? They usually aren't extremely reliable but I guess you can't complain for the price.

UniDUNs were notorious for dying after a few weeks or months (if you were lucky). I'm surprised you were able to find one at all in 2013.

I managed to find another ISP, 1p a minute haha, hopefully next week I don't run into any problems about 40 mins before starting a game.
