It looks... simply beautiful! NG Dev better step up their fuck'n game with Redux as it ain't simply a Neo port to Dreamcast.

wait wait wait, NG Dev is actually making a DC first game?!?! Now I'm actually a little bit interested (still think they're a poor dev) but I am worried about the iphone version. They're probably banking on that making more money so I wouldn't be surprised if it was built with iOS in mind as opposed to Dreamcast.

^That would actually be nothing to worry about graphics-wise, as the iphone is more powerful than the DC :)

Redux is not made by NG:DEV.TEAM. It is not made by HUCAST and Kontech either (those companies made the original DUX). It is made by ReduxGame. And Rene Hellwig is/was a founding member of all of the mentioned companies (except Kontech I think).

pfffft. Can't you see I'm a deluded fan-boy
In all honesty though, its the controls that scare me shitless. Most Shmups that get ported to touch screen devices are either ports that play like ass since the control scheme was originally too complex or are created with touch in mind which means they still play like garbage but are at least simple or well intentioned like Shogun.

Hey! I know an even better device for hori's, Xperia Play!!

Until they cheange that stupid Reduxgame moniker, they are NG Dev to me!

Well... another update. Looks like they won't be addiing the additional level and there is a SLIM chance 2player option COULD be added. Apperantly they are blaming it on their contractual agreement with a third party in not adding these feature if the pledge did not reach 60K. Hmm, I wonder who can that programmer be . . . NG "FUCK'N DEV perhaps

Here a bit taken from the update:
While we would love to be able to offer one or both of these features (regardless of the fact that we didn't reach the 60k goal), the fact of the matter is we are under contract with our programmer. It is under agreement that only if we reached our 60k stretch goal, would we be able to offer those extra features.
