I am trying to play it in my Raspberry Pi 3 with Reicast emulator but I have 2 issues:
1) "Widescreen" patch does not work, I am missing something? Pluged the Raspberry Pi 3 in a 32'' TV Led via HDMI
2) Some black backgrounds and the characters dessapear behind them in some scenes

I will try in my Dreamcast with Dreamshell HDD...I watched it works fine!

Following megavolt85 and RetrOrigin posts and tutorials i have uploaded 2 gdi images working with my gdemu.

They are based on latest 03.11.2020 update release by megavolt85. It comes with:

1) enabled red blood
2) disabled autofire by default (you can re-enable it in debug menu if you want)
3) Pause and Debug Menu with Start

and 4) Two button mappings:

a) mapping 1, Shoot-A, Jump-B, Grenade-X, Change-Y

This GDI release is almost perfect, thank you for doing it. The only aspect missing to make it perfect for me is to lower the lives count from 14 to 2 lives, or maybe 3 or 4, but usually Metal Slug games account 2 lives per credit so I think that's the best possible choice. Can anyone appoint an hex edit to modify the initial lives value per credit? I couldn't find it.

Also hopping for all these in the CDI release, but I suppose first @yzb is trying to perfect it so it doesn't have freezes at all.

to disable rapid fire hex edit track04

I can report, that the newer GDI build fixes the problems with Total Control 3 + Saturn controller :)

Sorry if this has been asked before, i didn't read the previous pages of the thread.
I just burned the CDI and i get constant hiccups and freezes while the game is accessing the disk. Is this normal for this build or maybe a problem with my CD burn?

EDIT: I read the prev pages and yes, its the current state of the build. I hope you guys find a way to optimize it for real Dreamcast CD reading, great work so far! Keep it up!

I also have freeze when accessing the disc, burn under imgburn at 4x, so I think it's normal and not a burning problem :(
