I don't suppose it would be possible to patch Radirgy so that the screen could be rotated in the opposite direction, would it?

There is a screen mode option in the settings that achieves this, or is this not enough and you'd like it to be flipped horizontally or something?

It only allows it to be rotated 90° to the left, wheras my monitor stand only rotates 90° to the right, sadly. I've still made it work by like resting the screen against something off of the stand, but it feels a bit precarious. It's a fairly minor complaint, but one that is the case with a lot of the vertical shooters on the DC. Some day I will just get a better stand.

I once had that same problem, then I got to thinking. There is a solution
Every monitor that can rotate to the left can also rotate to the right. Hear me out.
You just have to mount it differently.
If you really cannot figure it out, I can elaborate.
01 Just turn your monitor to the horizontal position
02 unmount it from the stand
03 mount it vertically so that you can play 98% of all Tate games.
Now when you rotate it left it will be in the horizontal position again.
So there is no need to mod 98% of all tate games at all.

you know, I somehow never thought about mounting the screen in any other position. I’ll see if it mounts upside down when I get a chance. I’m not sure if it would mount perpendicularly though, I feel like the place where it mounts is a rectangle

EDIT:

Reporting back, it looks like the tabs only allow the screen to be mounted in the standard fashion. I did look up the prices of VESA monitor stands though, and they're not that bad, so I might just go ahead and buy one of those.
