Well, if that is true...maybe you could try connecting
online with it? If it's the US version, you will not get
online. That should be one way of knowing.

Also downloading that one but im hooking up my dreamcast to phone line right now

I think I burned a bad copy....

Well I enable the codes start the game and it lets me on, then it lets me use the dial up connection and says welcome to pso and then before it loads ship list it freezes

might be because i burned it at the fastest speed

got to look for another cd-r first before i reburn

Yeah, I've notcied the Dreamcast does not like
burned games that were done at fast speeds. I
try to go the slowest I can, just to be safe.
Kind of sucks in a way.

ill burn another on tonight no time right now and its my last cd-r

Do not do it until you get more cd-r. It can totally wait man.
