Just did a quick test and was able to connect to your server via flycast Should work with my DC if it works with flycast.

Currently we are mostly playing the Quake 3 Custom Maps during Fridays Fragnight. Classic Quake 3 is only played on the last friday of each month.

As for the the Dreamcast now service, .it's been going through an upgrade process. I'll reach out to Kazade and see if there's a work around to link your dreampi.
