Despite Sega holding the trademark?

Honestly, I really don't know the legality regarding the usage of the Dreamcast and Sega logos, but I would be surprised if we actually used the Sega logo on the box art... Dreamcast, maybe, but there will definitely be our official Elysian Shadows logo (which we are finalizing right now), and Watermelon's logo.

Or use another dreamcast logo, similar to original one.
Hey Falgo, one question : The game will be run at 60 fps?

Oh, GOD, that's a hard question to answer...
You have to realize that with all of the stuff our engine is doing, advanced dynamic lights, shadow mapping, bump and specular mapping, full rigid-body physics and particle simulations--we will literally be pushing the Dreamcast to its limits quite easily.
We aren't comfortable making any official statement just yet as to whether the DC will run at 30fps or 60fps. This will ultimately come down to how much of the lighting we try to pull off on the console, and maybe we can give the option to toggle it on and off to let the players decide how they wish to play the game.
The PC version will be at 60fps, but the framerate of the Dreamcast, OUYA, iOS, and Droid versions still remain to be seen.
Also, we are filing an official trademark and just finished our company logo... I just quit my cushy engineering job yesterday to work 100% full-time on ES... Shit just got real for us, and there's no turning back now. We either live the dream or we die trying.

oo yeah、that's a good idea. It'd also be cool if they did a regular shirt now and a kickstarter exclusive design during the kickstarter. I'd buy both.

Whoah! We were actually just working on getting the design on T-Shirts last night for Kickstarter rewards!
Huge things have been happening over here... Our team is all cashing in on their vacation time and even quitting their jobs to fly out and stay with Tyler and me for a couple months, working full-time on Elysian Shadows to prepare for the Kickstarter.
...which now has a date! It will launch AUGUST 1ST! The countdown has officially started! (literally)

We have quite a few really awesome rewards and stretch goals in mind for the project, and we're really excited to share them with you guys... We are planning to go public with all of this information relatively soon, so people will know ahead of time exactly what to expect... and more importantly, we can get feedback and ideas from the community.
