3D printing doesn't work well for large scale manifacturing, but laser cutting some boxes might work well.

Could even offer a "sandwish" box or a more fancy box.

That would be awesome. Fancy, basic, it doesn't really matter to me too much, since the price is what ultimately makes the choice.
With the very little knowledge I have in design, I am creating concept art and blue-prints of where everything will fit with all the sizes and stuff as I get the parts sent to me in the mail. I will put it up on here as soon as it is finished.

Update!

I found a way for this adapter to have BOTH Wifi for those who know how to log in, AND an Ethernet port on the side. Best part is it will only bump up the price by about $5-$10.

Looks like the original vision is back on track. I am just going to name this thing the Dream Adapter. Nothing important comes up on google when typing it in. Easy to say, easy to use. Dream Adapter. 'Merica.

You can try this one for PAL Dreamcasts. Maybe it will do the job.
The voltage output can be changed by adjusting a potentiometer

Oh wow, this looks nice, and it is just as cheap as the Step-up for US. I wounder if it will be able to be powered by the USB hub I currently have planned to use.

What do you think Pcwzrd13, do you think this would work?

I will have a more detailed layout of everything later, but right now I have a
-FE1.1s USB hub powered by a
-100V- 240V 5V 2.5A (or 3A) Power Supply Adapter. This powered hub has a convenient switch to extend to the outside of the Dream Adapter. It not only connects everything to the Pi Zero, but is the source of power for everything including the LVI, Pi, etc.
If the hub can push out enough power for this thing, that would be awesome. I will have a link below to the data sheet of the USB hub.
If everything checks out to you guys, I will order a few to mess around with. I spent about 16 hours and $200 last night researching and ordering variations of parts to try out. You would think I would be exhausted by now, but having a chance of Pal support is like morning coffee.

Thank you! I purchased it with the closed eyes.

Is my last hope because:
-2x 9 batteries are what im using now, but the life of them is some short.
-A serial--->usb modem dont works when i tried it ago months, and is big, ugly for a pi and another friend behind the router... Nop.
-I maked another line inducer with a 18v plug, works but it becomes hot like hell on minutes. Im afraid to forget it working on the end of a game night and burn the house XD. Return to the friendly 2x 9v batteries.

But i think that this is a great solution for PAL users if it works. I only lose 1,5€ if the thing fail. Thanks again! :-),

There is also the Raspberry Pi Compute Module that a custom PCB could be created for. But this doesn't solve the problem of the LVI or the built in WiFi.

Hmm. Does anyone else notice any parts getting hot? If that is a common thing, I found a couple cheap 20mm fans I can put on the Dream Adapter to make it cooler. It will be alot of parts in a small space.

This silly looking thing is my first Dream Adapter prototype.
It has:
-working WiFi
-Ethernet
-HDMI
-3 open USB ports
-1 open port for USB powered LVI
-Power switch

Almost nothing here will be used though. It doesn't even have a built in LVI, and it is pointless for a Dreampi to have more than 1 USB port for a keyboard. but it was fun to get something working with the stuff I currently have on me.

Hell yeah. USB LVI parts are in mail.
It already has a modem on it. Left side.
