Re: Dreamcast Wireless Broadband!!!
Wow, something like this is EXACTLY what I was looking for many years ago, when I was trying to make an ancient (even for the time) Win95 laptop work as a word-processing / internet browsing machine. I think I had a line on a PCMCIA ethernet adapter, and was thinking that it ought to be possible to connect it to some sort of wireless thing via ethernet.

Cool device. I use a powerline adapter to get my rig online being that my gaming area is on the opposite side of the house from my router. I love the BBA, it's quick and easy to connect once you get it setup (unlike many other things for our DC) ... wish all games used it lol.

Re: Dreamcast Wireless Broadband!!!
I just bought the same one off Amazon and going to try it out. I think this will work! I have a new tv in my living room and my parents don't want all that crap there. I'll let you know how it goes for me soon. I wanna play PSO and Q3A again and record the gameplay.

Well live and learn. I had a feeling it wouldn't work heck it was $20. I'll buy name brand next time and try that out. Happy Hoildays guys!

Is it physically broken or crap to setup?Sonic1994DC wrote:Well live and learn. I had a feeling it wouldn't work heck it was $20. I'll buy name brand next time and try that out. Happy Hoildays guys!
I had a couple of misfires while setting it up, but since then it worked flawlessly.

Re: Dreamcast Wireless Broadband!!!
Well it didn't work exactly. It was suppose to pick up my roter but never did. I could tell it was broken/crap because watching a video on youtube about it there are two lights on it and all of them were suppose to be green but in my case only one was green. I'm kind of sure it was the person who I bought it from was a cheap knock off. I heard it was a cheaper version, I found this out from tech support. Anyways I bought a 50ft Network Cable for $5 and my problem was solve. I will try making it wireless again in the future.

Did you try to pick the signal of another router somewhere else?
