that's just windows for you sadly, it doesn't like unsigned apps that connect to the internet

what are you using? because I've just scanned it with windows defender and it finds no issues at all

i submitted the file to microsoft and they have agreed it's not malware so it should be good now, you may need to run the following to update your windows defender definitions:
1. Open command prompt as administrator and change directory to "c:\Program Files\Windows Defender"
2. Run “MpCmdRun.exe -removedefinitions -dynamicsignatures”
3. Run "MpCmdRun.exe -SignatureUpdate"

Newest version is fantastic. It now actually detects the correctly shows all games, and matches the names to their IDs properly.

Updated to version 0.14:

• Because the GID database is made using a different method and the region of the game isn't a factor, I have removed the region from the beginning of the listed games for the 'VM2 - Stock (GID)' option so it's less confusing, Given PAL only has 34 games listed for example.
