ok so im kinda stuck here. i have tried both gdemu sd card maker as well as gdmenu card manager both programs error out after loading a few games...

All your screenshots show that your SD card is fake, its real size 32 GB
If you doubt, use the H2Testw utility to check the real size of your SD card

I can't help you in detail but as far as I know Emulators usually use one file per VMU. So you'll have to import your VMS files into the VMU file....
