Well might be a good time to play Blue Submarine now been wanting to play it.

It's so good to see all these translations after all these years, great work from all involved - Thank you - Blue Submarine was a game I've been waiting years to play again. I played it with friends when it was released but we only got so far because of the language barrier.

I'll definitely be contributing once I sort out a new Paypal account, which should be in the next few weeks.

Two possible projects I'm surprised no team has looked at are Tokyo Bus Guide and Densha De Go 2 - Even more so than Blue Submarine, these games I remember we played a lot back in the day (my wife really enjoyed Tokyo Bus Guide!) Neither of them are text heavy at all (compared to many other Japanese only games) Densha De Go 2 would also drum up a lot of interest - the series is still going after all these years and, if I'm not mistaken? it's never been translated on any format (ps1/ps2/ps3/DC)

I never say no Although I do not hide that I prefer a different type of game, I will try to review the files of Densha the Go and Tokyo Bus Guide

Unfortunately, I gave up other methods like itchi.io due to thieving commissions for services (especially for Europe).

A little update

We've got all the text files pulled out (thanks @VincentNL for helping me find some sequences).

Progress? Script translation currently around 40%. 100% graphics. Videos 0%.

Together, we are making this the single year that will see the MOST fan translations on the Dreamcast in its history! I love it.

Man looking good so far.
Can't wait to try this nothing better than a Japanese game getting new life for us English speakers.
My hat is off for you guys keep up to the fantastic work.

A small update on the translation progress
I currently testing the system and character limits. As it turns out, in the 1ST_READ.BIN file you can fit quite a lot of text in the English language. It's good news


Update in numbers.
Graphics: 100% translated / 100% converted
Videos: 100% translated / 0% converted
Script: 100% translated / ~ 10% converted
