Sonic Adventure 1+2 Custom DLC?

I know it’s been a while since anyone last posted on here but I’d thought I’d revive it because I’d love to see all the custom DLC people could make with it!

Turns out it’s possible to encrypt/decrypt the DLC!

On Page 114, there’s information about being able to encrypt and decrypt the DLC. Not sure if this’ll work for SA2 though...
