I got it working! It may be worth noting this in your DreamPi tutorial that AlienFront Online will not work if you configure your settings with DreamKey 3.0

Thanks for the help!

I've added it to the Troubleshooting page on DC Live.

Hi.

I bought the original copy on eBay. It works fine with original DC-X boot disk on PAL machine. I set up the numer 112-4711 in planetweb browser - dunno the version number. So it has the upper syntax.

But it has problems with connection, too. It seems that DC could dial to host. But then if I land on map it says:

"Experiencing communication problems...
Trying to re-establish connection..
Lost contact with server!"

Uhm. How to solve it?

You need to either portforward or DMZ your DC IP.

Shouldn't the number be 111-1111?

Hi Shuouma.

Thank you for comming back. The IP adress of my DC is x.x.x.97 or x.x.x.98 in the log file showed above? I think I port forwarded the Pi, not the DC.

The number on mine is not 111-1111. But whatever number actually used to get this online with. As it is,a local to my area number.

I had to portforward/Dmz to connect properly.
