Log in with username "pi" and password "raspberry" and then enter the following command:

"sudo iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp -d 63.251.242.131 -j DNAT --to-destination 146.185.135.179"

Note that this will be erased when you power off or restart the Pi so you'll have to enter it again.

There are several ways of keeping the IPTables rules after a reboot, you can google if you want that.

But the dreampi should add it, so it would be good if you could add the IPTables rule
manually (if you have time) and if AFO then works we know that there is probably a bug in the dreampi
software.

^^^This worked for me with dreampi 1.1 (the only version that seems to work with my serial modem) after adding the dreamcasts IP to my routers DMZ

Thanks PCwzrd13!

Now to just figure out how to save the iptables... I'm a Linux noob

@-drez01- I saw you mention before that you're stuck on 1.1. I don't suppose you have any logs from attempting with 1.5?

I can't think of anything that changed since 1.1 that would stop it working, to be honest it's a miracle 1.1 works at all :p

I don't but I will post it for you when I have time. I notice that a light on my modem comes on after boot with 1.5 (and 1.2) that normally does not after booting 1.1. It does not even make noise (it has a speaker). I get no answer or no carrier errors using Planet Web 2.

I'm just glad I found a solution that works with AFO, even without VOIP support on my end. My pi is a model B BTW

Forgot to say Thank You kazade for all your work on Dreampi and the resurrected games. You are the man!

I have not tried that yet for AFO.. if where I have the modem wasnt such a PITA to get to Id have done it already

dunno if Ill get to it tonight.. but if it works in a way thats kind of a drag since Ill have to change my whole setup to be able to do that when I want to play.. :x

-edit to add

yeah.. that video posted is one of the various things that happens to me also...

so.. yeah.. its worse connected directly to the modem..
I cant even get in the lobby that way.. im getting this..
