Exactly. The fact that there's not many options to choose from doesn't mean we can't wish for a better customer service. If you read users comments on their Kickstarter page (which by the way is public) you'll see what we mean.
Redspotgames (also in Europe afaik) or even Watermelon would have been wiser choices... in my humble opinion.

Yes. They refunded the money. I sent 10 messages about it with no response, then decided to change it up and asked about some posters he had sold a while ago. He responded to that and I replied about Ghost Blade again.

The game is out. Personally i think 52 EURO is a bit too much, the game looks great, but this is a full retail price for a homebrew 2D sidescroller that is available on mobile for a buck. A compilation might be worth 52€, a single game like this will be well priced at 20€.
