I don't think there's anything on the disc or case that indicates it's the Prize Edition. Only way to know is because of the added poster and signed telephone card...

Thought about it, but really don't feel like it right now. I think info online for this list is very scarce and inconsistent too. Especially on non-Japanese sites...

Also, I have a sealed Japanese Sega Rally sample disc. No booklet. Just case and disc with the word sample or promo in the most inner part of the disc...

For the dreamcast direct stuff, you could probably just use one of those internet archive web sites to look at cached copies of the d-direct pages.
