I think it's called Esnipe, or something like that. I'll try to find it for you later, but right now I have some things to do.

Yes, you are correct, it is called Esnipe, and
it's a very evil program. What makes me really
mad is, Ebay knows there are users doing this
and they allow it, but if the bidder wins, they
are charged a small fee. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT?!
