ZX4All Iso for SD

The latest version of ZX4All from Ian Michael, almost all thanks go to him.
This is an .iso that boots from SD. Not every game works, some do and some cause you to get booted back to dreamshell/retrodream. keep a list below of working vs non so I can edit the ISO in future builds. also test various older rom sets.
