Any Aussies got their Dreamcast online?

If you have an Overseas DC (US or Japan) and you want to use DreamPi in Australia, do you need a line voltage inducer? Also having trouble finding a Dell modem. Is a Lenevo one OK?

Somewhere there was a list of compatible modems on this site. As far as the phone voltage goes, a NTSC/U Dreamcast uses a 9-volt Battery. You are just going from the Dreamcast to the USB modem.
