Bangai-O VGA?

Did anyone ever release a working patch for Bangai-O for VGA support? I see that Japanese-Cake was at least intending on looking at it at one stage but I'm not able to find any evidence of a working version anywhere.

As far as i know there isnt and prob won't be cos of the work needed to get the 240p pixel art working at 480p. Essentially it'd need remade in the correct size.

I did wonder if that was likely to be the case. Pity. My DC has a faulty video chip and the only way I get get an output is via my DC-HDMI, which means the handful of games that don't support VGA are a no-go.

Think I may need to have a backup DC for just such purposes!

so you can't use cable detect in the output options? only force VGA?

DCHDMI convert rgb to hdmi too.
I'm very suprise if we have a vga version of this great game.
