Did the website for Net de Tennis too. Wasn't very big, and used the same Leaderboards system as RE3 so was able to do it pretty quick.
Website has been completed and sent to Dreampipe, Leaderboards are offline as they require net play and as that uses KDD, and that is still offline, they probably won't be reactivated for some time. RE3 can be played and ranked using uploaded info, but Net de Tennis actually monitors your online games to generate it's results.

What actually are the website features?

I'm serious I would happily pay someone if they can get Powerstone 2 working online again.

Going through it ATM, it seems it's mostly info. Unlike most other games it only seems to have a short few sentences detailing the online mode and there's no leaderboards :(

Ah ok, well anh info you could find would be great.

The online mode was 2 vs 2 wasn't jt?

I have no idea who would be able to accomplish bringing it back online.

It appears it was 2 Vs 2.
Bringing Power Stone back online has the same issue as almost all Japanese online multiplayers - it utilises KDD, which was an analog manual switching service that was exclusive to Japan. Emulating that physical service would be step one, and to my knowledge nobody has cracked it yet.

Ah right OK, well I'm praying that someone can find away to emulate it or crack it.

It's "technically" 1v1 but you can have two players on each console making it 2v2.
PSO Characters:
Teal'c - lvl 119 HUcast - GC# 11666
Alto - lvl 39 FOnewm - GC# 12964

Sorry, yeah that's what I meant but I phrased it poorly lol

Just looked into Sorcerian, which is a real-time RPG. Surprisingly for an offline RPG, it includes a leaderboard!

The website explains that the quicker you complete the game, with the least amount of levelling up, gets higher on the leaderboard. It has a gated registration system, seemingly Sorcerian allows you to upload your save or some element to verify your rank. That's one of the most surprising leaderboards I've seen so far.
