SEGA DREAMCAST DEVELOPMENT DISC GD ROM HKT-06 RARE PROTOTYPE

Saw this pop up on eBay. Hard to tell if there is anything written to the disk from the photos but would be awesome to find out! What do you think ? Is it blank or perhaps carrying something unique?

This is a rip off. 200$ for something that most likely is a blank disc is just ridiculous.

I think he should check the disc, to see if anything is on it. Hopefully it does. And hopefully, that dreamcast development disc is legit. :D

I believe he needs a System Disc 2 in order to even do so. Those in and of themselves are pretty pricey too.

@Anthony817, you can also boot GD-R's by using the old swap-trick. But the easiest way for this dude to check his disc is to just pop it into a PC, from there you can read track 1. If there is something written there you know it's a burned disc. But everything points to this disc being empty...
