Out of room on DreamPi SD Card

I am using a Raspberry Pi 3 as my DreamPi, with a 64GB micro SD card for storage. However, apparently the system is completely out of storage, and is only using about 17GB out of the total. What technique can I use to make the DreamPi system image take up the whole 64GB?

Use this tool built in the OS, sudo raspi-config and use the expand filesystem

I use a 2gb SD card on a Pi Zero and had no issues. Does it save a lot of data on the device or something?
