ChristinaDreamcustDC wrote:I've downloaded the Golden Axe: Legend (DreamCast Version) and I've tested it on NullDC. I only beat the first level but it works fine. I like the included NINTENDO SWITCH edition, but I do not play the Switch. It will be future proofing and I will play that too when I get a Nintendo Switch.

The game is pretty much a typical Golden Axe game with a couple different graphical options. There are cinematics and some cool loading screens. As Ripfire says,
This release features a Special Edition of Golden Axe: Legend by Ripfire, which doesn't need the RAM saving
version of OpenBoR (bye bye long loading times!)...
the load times aren`t very long.

I like this boot logo too!

Runs fine on nulldc because it is using a HD for loader if you try it from a cdr you would change your mine i developed the update engine when my dreamcast was broken.. from a gdemu it's fine.. problem is the laser cant be in 2 places at once engine is asking 8 to 10 places at once it just thrashs the hell out of the gdrom .. people that just still burn it i have to give the warning since i developed the update engine the mod is running on dont want people to kill there dreamcasts.

That's cool, you choose the delivery method, just advice. My PC is £5k, so I'll just pass. Hope it goes well dude.

A CDI can't hurt your PC, an EXE file can. Just a bit of feedback, up to you if you agree with it or not.

I don't know if you know this, but any file can be disguised as something else, if you download a contaminated .exe, disguised as a .cdi, or an .avi you'd still be fucked. If you're this paranoid about stuff, it's best you never download anything again, coz you can never be sure what it actually is ;)

I'm not going to argue this here, it's derailing the topic. Got my reasons, let's get this topic back on track.

Well, you pretty much did that yourself with your epistle about your 5k pc for business purposes and video editing, nobody is interested in that stuff either  . Could’ve just said “Ok, I don’t want it then”, and leave it at that ;)
