New and just got DC online tonight after 18 yrs!

Hello, y'all! Just found out about you're forum while I was trying to get to playing Q3 Arena online tonight. Connected through a BBA but plan on getting a DreamPi set up eventually as well

The dreampi really is a wonderful setup. Took me one evening to get it up and running, most of that time was spent downloading the dreampi image with my slow internet.

I believe you came into the game that Dan and I were playing? I don't have a keyboard so I couldn't chat in the game.

I had the BBA from a random box of DC stuff I had bought from a guy in Baltimore, MD at a sci-fi book club when I used to live out that way - $50 - neither him nor I knew really what the box consisted of and I've moved around so much since then... So I plugged it in last night and when hmm - browser looks like it's dial-up only - let's try quake. - Next was "OMG!! I'm online!! And oh no I'm getting shot at and don't know what I'm doing!" lmao - so much fun! Gotta get me some practice hehe
