They are software utilities that are included in Dreampi, namely dcvoip and dc2k2.

Got it, i hope he releases the source code in the future, this will make sure they don’t get lost.

With retroarch 1.7.5 any fixes for the 2K Games

I use reicast on my galaxy tablet. I haven't used the reicast libretro version yet though. But still, this is good news. :D
