For those who the SF rush 2049 ISO (echelon version) doesn´t work. You will need a patch to make it work.

you can download the patch here: https://assemblergames.com/threads/sega ... ion.61236/

and the patch is located in e-2049fx folder.

I'm getting a 400 bad request when trying to upload a ghost. Is this my fault or is there an issue right now?

All uploads are broken right now. Our host changed some security settings that's blocking old school browsers like dreamcast from uploading. We are looking for alternative solutions at the moment. I may have a new host for dreampipe soon to resolve our issues, just haven't had time to setup yet. Probably weekend after next I should have it setup.
