I mean Hucast had 181 ATA, 2012 HP, 601 DEF, 818 EVP, 1611 ATP, and Traps lol. Then you could build up PB and use twins for S/D. It was broken. You can tell they either rushed the game or didn't think this one through.

Seriously though, you're talking about modifying the game to do something it wasn't intended to do. That's not too far removed from using codebreaker to create items that have a ridiculously low drop rate.

There's a difference between trying to give yourself an advantage over other players (cheating) and trying to rebalance the game and sharing the changes with other players so that everybody has the opportunity to enjoy the improvements (mods). Many games have lively mod communities, and it's silly to say that Counter-Strike players are merely cheating at Half-Life.
