Does anyone know why the screens are rotated by 90 degrees?

I'm guessing that the arcade cabinet for Animal Basket, Block Pong-Pong and WaiWai Drive was designed like a coffee table

I found a mention of the game Miracle Stadium, but there seems to be no dump in the public domain

Does anyone know how to re-orientate the screen? When I try to play this on my mode Terraonion it’s turned sideways. Thanks

I totally get that but I’m not turning my TV sideways and many many arcade games have been converted to avoid having to do this. I just thought that maybe someone had already done that. Sorry to bother you
