It is true that many games can never be converted to CDI because the atomiswave cartridge from which the conversion is made needs to constantly read data and this being in a CD would constantly lock what makes it unplayable? they say that's why the neogeo battle coliseum game will never be converted to cdi

I hope they will try again to convert in CDI some new games, i don't have a modded Dreamcast and until is working well I'll use only CD(r) and original discs. I hope so...

Any chance we can get a CDI version for Dolphin Blue and Demolish Fist soon?

When all games are ported, Megavolt and yzb will fix bugs, add more options (pause, VMU save maybe, etc.) and create the cdi functional versions of the games.

Megavolt has mentioned this in the past, yes. So unfortunately, some games may not be able to be converted at all, while others may exhibit issues.

All told, we're really early on these ports still. More work will be put into them as time goes on, and we'll see what can be done.

Well, when Megavolt was asked about the cdi versions, he said that who would do it would be yzb.
So far we have three games in the cdi version, but I don't know if any of them were made by yzb.
I practically read all the related topics and I may have seen yzb saying something about him creating the cdi versions later, but I'm not sure.
Anyway, other people have this ability and after the release of the final versions, when all games have been ported, the cdi versions should appear, at least for most games.
Hopefully they are will all playable. :)
