June 2023? is that correct? I thought it would have been out sometime next year.

With that kind of lead time, it'll be a fight between this and Paprium as to what gets delivered first. (going by WM's prev history then it'll be this)

But I am in new territory for the physical goods, and don't know what delays might happen with them...

This date just to make sure I won't disappoint backers with delays.

@shadowgangs, surely you already got everything in place, so may I suggest as stretch goal or freebee for the PAL-backers; adding an extra PAL-case back-inlay. This way those who want can put Shadow Gang in a proper PAL case instead.

You can maybe try to talk with pixelheart, if there are not good enough for you for packaging, not a big deal, but for shipping, building cds and boxes, there are now quite good.
Don't know just an idea to reduce the cost shipping.

Yes, will for sure look into this. The physical version will come with extra covers for PAL and USA.
I am talking to Roel (Intrepid Izzy), and will confirm.

The Physical edition will come as jewel case CD in big letter style parcel. (That can hold the soundtrack CD for those opting for that).
But I suggest the collector edition, which will be in a big box, with art book etc...but it is also more expensive...
