I don't have a scanner, so I can't help you there, but I suggest you put up a request thread in the Support section; I'm pretty sure more folks will read it there

hey I don't mind doing this for you, you'll have to tweak the measurements and attempt to print it to the appropriate size yourself as when I scan it I can guarantee it will be the correct size but I'm happy to scan it. US version ok with you?
