Yep I have one!!! this is great news.

I hope to have one soon!! Have been looking for a mega cd karaoke attachment for a decent price for ages, but those things are crazy expensive when you can find them.

So with the method in the other thread, does this work for cd+g discs as well?

I got the addon and I currently have one for sale on eBay and have two other units in the mail on the way if anyone is interested...

You must have your if you like those kind of thing


About cd+g format, never heard about Dreamcast having a software for this type of media. Seems not so hard to create a player for that.

Karaoke is a blast! Especially if everyone has had a few drinks lol. I think it's silly the DC didnt support CD+G format natively, but maybe it was fading out by then. Im very excited to see where this goes!

I have one. Unfortunately without the mic. I've buy it for a good price... around 60 euro. Boxed, manuals, the book with karaoke songs, disc and cables... It works on my japanese dc or at least i think it works, because i dont have a microphone. Shows picture only with composite, VGA and RGB Scart cables doesnt show picture, only sound.

Can i use some normal microphones with this? Dreamcast branded microphones are very expensive right now. I will try to hunt some in the future, but who knows with these prices...

I have the karaoke system but have never used it partly because of the japanese language thing and not knowing how to get music for it and partly because I sound like ass when I sing
