@Blai, as a normal developer you can not sell physical copies of a 3DS game. For this you still need a publisher because of the huge costs you have to pay in advance to nintendo. (some 100k)

@Omnibot2000
A top notch 16 bit title with awesome animations and parallax-layers (of couse ) is what it will be.
To make sure of the GFX we hired Simon Butler, a ex Ocean Software Artist. We will even have parallax FX in the PC Engine version. ;)

The general problem is that we are working here with a real 80s IP and this involves also licence costs we had to pay. It is also a fact that the project is over if we can not get the funding on Kickstarter. Most Kickstarter say we will make the game even Kickstarter was not successful. This is something we can not offer. 4 month of work wen towards the Kickstarter Campaign to make sure we have a great one. I was not aware, that there will such huge demand for the DC version otherwise I would have included it from the start. I am a huge fan of classic systems myself and also collect some of it. Bringing up the classic ports was my idea and I got a lot negative comments from people who don't understand what real classic gaming means. Let us sho them hat the Dreamcast Community as capable of and let us make this project!. If we reach the goal, I will promis you a top game!

What do you think?

Looks really nice so far. Actually, even though the KS video was exciting and all, I wish there was more pixel art or gameplay shown. Even backgrounds.

I love the sound of that!
