I also pre-ordered the limited edition many moons ago. Are all the extras inlcuded, odst and everything? Or did they send you the wrong order?

Besides, a standar edition + extras outside the case is not what I want or paid for.

If limite means rare, as in so rare not even people who preordered it received it, then definitely yes.

It's sad that I wouldn't even be surprised if that's his plan. This is worse than Street Fighter's updates.
