Ah man a Star Wars mod would be cool! Great idea!

In this case I wonder if the Battlefront models would be too much to render on HLDC? The Battlefront games also came out on PS2, so I winder if the PS2 and PC models were the same? If so maybe it will be ok to use them in a mod? Weapons and characters and props especially.

Have you ever looked at the pycho kiss fps engine on dreamcast it look's as modable as most. It's based on the ‎Lithtech 1.5
engine..
Game's that ran on that engine are

1.0
Shogo: Mobile Armor Division by Monolith Productions (1998)
Blood II: The Chosen by Monolith Productions (1998)
1.5
KISS: Psycho Circus: The Nightmare Child by Third Law Interactive (2000)
Might and Magic IX by New World Computing (2002)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
For Half life dc
I could try to help with the dll's i downloaded all of them a wince version of the src. it should be possable to compile them as a sh4 target.\
No promise on this.. I dont have wince Dev kit set up right now, i have been doing kos..

I would like to see a mod for half life , that look's like quake 2 :) since quake 2 is a no go to fully port to dreamcast.. I'm sure something could be made to look like quake2 on half life dreamcast engine.. :)

MY 2 cent's lol

WOAH I didn't know that Blood 2 was also on the Lithtech engine!

Wow, this does open up some possibilities. Maybe an unofficial mod could be done with Blood II assets?

Mh, a mod that remakes Quake 2 in the HL engine, that sounds like an interesting idea. What happened to the Quake 2 port you were looking into? Still needing to find the stuff to recreate Bero's toolchain?

And yeah, if you can take a look at it, that would be great bro! I will check the wayback machine and see what I can find from Moi's old thread on DCFan.ru where he tried to do the same. I am sure it will come in handy!

Oh wow found the old thread! Took me a while to find correct snapshots of the pages, but here it is!

Page one. https://web.archive.org/web/20110122041 ... evkit-3567

Page two. https://web.archive.org/web/20110913142 ... ndex2.html

Unfortunately, I can't find any archive of page 3, but there were only 3 pages and don't suppose a lot of useful info was on it as the last post was from 2011.

There were assets ported over from EDuke32 that included the voice lines, weapon models and maybe even enemies. Those might be a good fit to make a Duke Nukem game. Check it out.

Dunno if this is the thread for this but is there a reason everytime I get to the sniper section in Half Life Paranoia that the game gives me a bunch of weird errors and essentially crashes?
