DreamSnes resolution

Hi!
Is there any way to get the native snes resolution on this emulator?
The version i tested did not. (snes resolution is ~224 / 239 lines, quite close to The Last Hope-game)
On my CRT i did not managed to get scan lines (kind of blocky instead)
Tried to mix with the settings also
