Hi, Look back at even older flash back dev from 2003 when i first coded 4 way menu lol

PROLOG
------

Welcome ive been working on this for over 4 weeks on and off. what looked like a easy port to getfullspeed turned nasty as the namco driver is a pain to get working. with sound and speed at nice levels. ive got this to a level were its fun to play and i hope you enjoy this emulator

INTROS NOW ARE MADE
-------------------

So once you heard it you never have to again. that was requests that any intros i do there be a button to by pass them . so thats now a feature.
the main menu has 4 functions /start game  /game history /pictures /credits so what this means is all the history i could find on the game / Galaga in pictures this is a number of pics from the games it tells a story / credits is the people that have helped me past and present.

shaping up well for peoples first look at my new SGA interface. its a complete rewrite of dreamcast.c and its a real gui with a nice little hand that moves up and down and you have to be pointing to the right thing pressing a will not start the game if you dont have the hand pointing at start so its a real gui not like any other versions. i have done its tops trust me. and was part of my game for a contest .the menu system now is pretty much geting to what i want its not a image with controls on it. pressing buttons will not get the game working or the other functions with out the hand pointing at them.

A complaint that i was not doing a real GUI brought this bit of coding on.
thanks to who ever this is ive coded it much better. once you select any option it will stay on that option screen till you press up or down. when you press "start and a"  "Example" held together  while in galaga you will go back to a black screen just press up or down to activate the gui menu again.

the game is almost perfect so im calling it beta 4 as that is what it is 4th time ive done this for the public .

Improvements
------------

ZERO frameskip it was at 5 last time.
High sample rate its at 44kh now. last time it was 8 kh
pvr streached display true sample support less or no static
analog control support along with dpad.
due to the use of the pvr video mode there is slow down
game runs at 104% to 86% depending on how much is on screen
remember no frameskip this time  the last version had 5 and you need to use 5 frameskips on MAMED to get the same speed .

KNown problems 
--------------

Does not include burner0s requested features like screen fliping
Sound is not perfect still i can make it perfect but the slow down is really bad so this is a balance still not perfect but better. there is only a slight error in the sound a major improvement over the last version.
sorry i cant release some thing  ive worked on this long  and it to .endup worst in a playableway just to have perfect sound ive got the same speed with a much higher sample rate so sound is improved. the new gui has a memory leak after 5 to 6 views of the menu pics it can lock up. this is due to SDL DC PORT not releasing the images out of memory like it should. this will show you that.but you will be able to view all menu options and then play the game that took a lot of work
as ive shaved 235k off the mame core to allow this menu .


OH and this readme is better  but lacks how to burn it ;)
