Snesdreams is bases on snes4all but is a major update it cant play every game i need to
do the same as i do for Dreamneo cd. game by game to fix clipping layers and speed.
rendering order etc.. Snes is complex machine which has many layers and orders
with hardware rendering i can make this work for every game since many of them
use not the same order or even res size. NO way any software rendering snes emulator
could be zero frameskip.. You have to use the pvr to get this use-able I dont do frameskip or
low fi shitty sound with static.

The 256x224 SNES screen is not 4:3, but rather 8:7. CRT screens usually stretches the image by multiplying the internal screen width by 8/7 or 7/6, depending on the TV model. 8/7 seems to be more common, while 7/6 gives an perfect 4:3 output, since 8:7 (screen aspect ratio) * 7/6 (pixel aspect ratio) = 4/3 (actual aspect ratio), while 8:7 (screen aspect ratio) * 8/7 (pixel aspect ratio) = 64:49 (more like 4.0000:3.0625). Use the above reference table for clarification.
so using the pvr i can do this but you get the wavy txt and some grafix.
again this not a bug but a limitation of the pvr hardware.
Here is the same version running on flycast which can do this and it's fully
fixed on a dc emulator but runs slower then real hardware .. Yes i have
optimized it to use sh4 and fpu features which work better on a real dreamcast

Magic drop II intro was fully broken plus the sound was off key and tempo and very slow and speed up and down..
On snes4all any version..
Here it is after 6 hours work the intro for the game shows the pvr clipping rendering is broken
but sound is correct tempo echo and no static.

Now the crazy thing i found out that in story mode on neogeo cd there is
no txt for that part it was removed. Example i did research..

There is txt in the snes and saturn and ps1 version.
Story mode i dont see any txt from the chars i thought it must be a bug then i looked at the ps4 version no txt in story mode then i looked at neogeo cd cdZ no txt in story mode etc looked a number of ports and versions neogeo cd and no story txt for english mode very strange'

So i can confirm now i have fully fixed magic drop II for Dreamneocd 3.0 the only broken TXT layer was for how to play and the endless mode and credits .. there is no TXT story in story mode on neogeo cd version which is strange and made me think i still had things to fix.. Because i was thinking it would have. And this wasted me hours debugging and stepping thru the bios and game but as you see above with the research i found out it never had any.
I fixed the parts that where broken now solved for both games.
