for the Sega Dreamcast, built using the K:OS.

of the license documentaton is withing each library directory.

Compiling:

First, the libraries need to be built, you will find the
makefiles in the source directory.
After that, build the main Makefile as normal.

Usage:

Main Menu:
  Use D-pad to move mouse cursor
  Press 'Start' to select highlighted item

File Menu:
  Use D-pad to move cursor
  Press 'A' to select highlighted item
  Press 'Y' to queue a file for playing
  Press 'B' to return to main menu

Music Streaming:
  Use D-pad to move mouse cursor
  Press 'Start' to select highlighted icon

  Album art will display if it is named album.jpg in music dir

Video Streaming:
  Press 'Start' to exit

Image Viewing:
  Press 'Start' to exit
  Use D-Pad to move image around
  Use L Trigger to zoom out
  Use R Trigger to zoom in

Limitations:

Music:
-FLAC decoder currently only supports stereo, 16-bit streams.

Videos:
-XviD decoder currently only decodes video stream
-Mpeg decoder currently only supports elementary video streams
-Maximum resolution of 1024x512 pixels

Photos:
-Maximum resolution of 1024x1024 pixels

What happened to this project?

The developer of the canceled Dreamcast FPS In the line of Fire created it. After the drama regarding how shitty he was treated by one of his developers on his game forcing him to show it off on Kickstarter too early, he got super depressed after it failed and decided to leave the community. So this will never be finished by him unfortunately. But the original development thread can be found in the link below.
