No bloom just a clever use of the TSP, basically smokes and mirrors.

And yes this runs on real hardware, not that specific video but It does run on real hardware.

Right!? It makes no sense! I've been thinking about doing it, but i don't think I'd do it justice... i think it's also partly cause of everyone gives soul calibur the only kudos for Dreamcast in 3d fighting, even though there's doa2 and even project justice...
